Andrea has built her business with three ingredients, professionalism, knowledge, and pure talent. I have been the beneficiary of many of her creations, and have been in awe every time. My wedding cake was the diamond of the event. Thank you Andrea for everything you have done.

I have known Andrea from Classic Cakes for nearly eight years. I've taken baking classes from her, been to tastings and events at her amazing cake shop, and had friends use her for their weddings, all with rave reviews. In every single instance she has been exceedingly professional. I have had a dozen opportunities to taste and view her work. Absolutely amazing! Not only are her cakes and other products gorgeous, they are full flavor, moist and decadent. She uses high quality ingredients, not the hydrogenated oils of other generic commercial bakers. Classic Cakes was fantastic to work with from the first meeting to our wedding night. We thought the only way to go for dessert would be cake for our guests but we struggled to find a vendor that fit our budget. Our first meeting with Andrea we tried 10+ flavors of cupcakes, which were all incredible. You could tell that Andrea cared about the product she put on the table and we quickly expanded from cake to a dessert bar... Cookies, cupcakes, moon pies, and of course cake was all on the menu and it all tasted incredible. The dessert bar looked great on our big evening and we are so happy we made the choice to go with Classic Cakes.

We went in for a tasting, for our wedding cake, and we were sold right away. Andrea's cakes are so delicious!! She helped us design the perfect cake and was so helpful along the way!On the big day, she arrived early with the cake and we were amazed! It was absolutely stunning and everything we wanted! We had a hard time waiting until we got to cut the cake. That first bite was just as delicious as the tasting, our guests thought so too! We are still hearing compliments about our yummy cake!

Andrea at Classic Cakes did a phenomenal job on our wedding cake. We went to Andrea with a few design ideas in mind and a budget. Andrea discussed our options with us, based on our budget, and came up with an excellent cake design. The cake Classic Cakes provided was absolutely divine. Our guests fell in love with the sugar cookie cake layer. We had guests going back for multiple pieces of cake because of how delicious it was! We would definitely recommend Classic Cakes to anyone looking for a wedding cake.

My experience with classic cakes started over 11 years ago at a friend’s weeding when I had the Mexican Hot Chocolate cake. I knew then someday I would have that same cake at my own wedding. Fast forward to last year at our cake tasting I knew I couldn't just have one flavor so I settled on 5 different ones :) Everything about Andrea’s cake was just as amazing as I remembered it years ago. The ingredients are top notch and so light, it’s not overly rich and you won’t feel like you just ate a ton of sugar. The flavors are unique but not so crazy your guests won’t enjoy them, she even has different flavor options depending on the season. While the Mexican Hot Chocolate sold me 11 years ago, the Strawberry Balsamic is my absolute favorite. Please do yourself a favor and at least go for a tasting, you and your guests will thank me later!

I am completely baffled at the other review on here, because my experience with the owner was nothing but positive. I had originally contacted her for my wedding cake back in 2007, and ended up postponing the wedding until 2012. She still honored what we had originally discussed and was so helpful with everything on our cake. We have since contacted her to get a post-wedding cake and an anniversary cake because it was so amazing! Everyone at our wedding had nothing but positive things to say - and my husband absolutely LOVED his death star cake. She even made specialty Guinness filling for his cake. Anyone would be crazy not to use her - her ingredients are fresh, and the cake was the perfect blend of sweetness. Thank you for being such a joy to work with! Makes me wish we could get married again so we can get salted caramel and a bunch of new flavors :)

Andrea's cakes are not only delicious, but they are gorgeous works of art! Her buttercream is the absolute best frosting I've ever had. She makes so many different flavors, and they are all wonderful. It was so hard to decide which flavors to choose, so we had five different flavored layers. Andrea is so kind and amazing to work with. I am so happy we found her! If you are looking for the most amazing wedding cake you could dream of, call Andrea at Classic Cakes. As an 11 event planner/coordinator, I was elated when I found Classic Cakes. One of the few bakeries that limits the number of cakes they do on a weekend so that it's fresh and flavorful, not frozen! I had the pleasure of working with them for several weddings and events and highly recommend!

The designs are detailed and customized and the flavors are amazing. I can't eat cake anywhere else (others taste like chemicals to me now). I've used Classic Cakes for my event yearly and always received a ton of compliments. Andrea you're the best!

We had a great experience with Andrea at Classic Cakes. The tasting was fun and informational; it was almost impossible to choose our flavors because they were all SO good! The cake was exactly what I pictured on our wedding day, and arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was stunning and we received so many compliments on the taste (especially the frosting!). Andrea’s cakes at Classic Cakes are unmatched! Andrea made our wedding cakes 2 years ago and we loved every bit of them! We had such a hard time choosing a flavor that we ended up with 4 cake flavors at our wedding. I am not usually one to go for cake at weddings or parties but the first time I tasted Andrea’s cake, I couldn’t get enough! My husband and I loved working with Andrea and eating her cake so much that we have asked her to make a small cake for both of our wedding anniversaries so far, and she has happily done so each time! We had both our wedding cake and my bridal shower cake made by Classic Cakes. Based on the ideas from our meeting she was able to deliver a beautiful cake that fit in with our decor perfectly. The cakes tasted great even after saving the top layer to eat at our 1 year anniversary.

Andrea made our wedding cakes nearly five years ago, and five years later we still get compliments on them! In fact, my mom and I still dream (and talk!) about the many fall flavors she created - making my spice cake dreams come true - from pumpkin to hummingbird. Our guests raved! The detail on the design also exceeded my expectations. I still remember on the day of how I gasped when I saw our cakes! On top of that, Andrea is just a wonderful person and a gem to work with.
